New Volunteers Needed
for Ray of Hope

Our volunteers make it possible for us to serve the needs of the community. The areas of service vary from working the thrift shop, sorting and pricing donated items, giving out food from the pantry, preparing lunches for the soup kitchen and serving the lunches. Other volunteers take time to supply us with bread and baked goods from local super markets. Typically, volunteers are scheduled to come in one day a week or a few hours each week depending on their availability. Scheduling is flexible. In appreciation of all their hard work, the volunteers are treated to a picnic luncheon in June. The Ray of Hope is hoping to increase the volunteer staff. New volunteers are given a training session to introduce them to procedures. If you would like to volunteer please call us at 410-378-9800
